The main event between Adrian Granados and Jayson Velez was dropped from the 10-round super featherweight fight it was originally slated to be.
Both men came in at 146 3/4, well under the 147-pound limit. Garcia has talked a lot about his age and how he isn’t sure how much longer his body will hold up at 147, but he didn’t seem to have any real problems making weight. Marvin Cabrera (11-0, 6 KOs) also won by TKO as he toppled Wilfredo Buelvas (20-9, 12 KOs) in the third round.
